If you are unsure, start with the one-off assessment
New to us
Choose HealthCheckup. You will receive a written health report and will understand whether ongoing care is needed. The 20% subscription discount still applies.
You need ongoing supervision
Personal Care — a coordinator looks after you every month: scheduled consultations, monitoring of your indicators, and contact with a physician at any time.
A complex or chronic condition
Integrated Care — the same, plus case conferences with several physicians, emergency protocols and coordination with your offline doctors.
